Towing Questions, Straight Answers
What you need to know about pricing, timing and what to do while you wait.
How much does a tow cost?
Every job gets a clear, up-front price before the truck rolls. The price depends mainly on distance, vehicle type and the time of day. Basic roadside fixes like jump starts, tire changes, lockouts and fuel delivery are the most affordable options. Call or WhatsApp us with your location and we'll give you a firm number in under a minute.
How fast can you get to me?
In Sacramento and nearby suburbs, our typical response is 30–45 minutes. Farther out it depends on where you are — we'll give you an honest ETA when you contact us and keep you updated until the truck arrives.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. Nights, weekends and holidays included — that's exactly why "24" is in our name. A real person answers the phone, even at 3am.
How do I send you my exact location?
The easiest way is the "Send Live Location" button on our website — it opens WhatsApp with your GPS position in a Google Maps link. You can also describe the nearest exit, mile marker or landmark and we'll find you.
What should I do while I wait for the truck?
Safety first: turn on your hazard lights, and if possible move your vehicle to the shoulder or a safe lot. Stay inside with the doors locked if you're on a busy road. If it's safe to do so, stand well away from traffic, behind a barrier. We'll keep you updated by phone.
Can you tow my car to any shop I choose?
Absolutely. We tow to your home, your preferred mechanic, a dealership or any location within our service range. You decide the destination, we do the driving.
Do you handle motorcycles, RVs and bigger vehicles?
Yes — we tow motorcycles with specialized equipment, and handle vans, RVs, light trucks and trailers. Let us know what you're driving and we'll bring the right truck.
What happens after an accident?
Call us — we coordinate with police at the scene, secure the vehicle and transport it wherever you need, with the documentation your insurance company will ask for.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, all major credit/debit cards and contactless payment. For repeat business customers we can arrange invoicing.
Do you do long-distance tows?
Yes. We regularly move vehicles between cities in Northern California and into Nevada. Long-distance tows are quoted up front at a fair flat rate.
My car is stuck in mud, snow or a ditch. Can you help?
That's a winch-out, and we do them all the time — including winter recoveries in the Sierra. Our trucks carry proper rigging so we can pull you out without damaging your vehicle.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Three things make everything faster: your location (send the live-location link if you can), what happened, and what you're driving. If we're towing, also tell us the destination.
